At the heart of the 57357 HAS model lies the need to transition from a physician centered healthcare delivery process to an integrated team-based approach, placing greater focus on staff and allied health professionals as they play a vital role in the industry.

The 57357 HSA provides a sustainable platform for international knowledge transfer and innovative hands-on training, hence delivering to the market change agents that would fuel the medical, cultural change needed to ensure the provision of excellent healthcare services for patients across the region.

The 57357 Healthcare Sciences Academy provides medical and nonmedical programs such as Clinical Pharmacy professional programs, Pediatric Oncology fellowships, Nursing fellowships and MBA in Hospital Management. These are offered in association with international partners with emphasis on transformational hands-on education and training based on the most up-to-date teaching methods.

There are currently partnerships with renowned institutions such as Harvard’s affiliates, the Dana Farber Cancer Institute and Boston Children’s Hospital, University of Colorado and Texas Children’s Hospital plus negotiations with others in the pipeline.
